Reports said the service had been disconnected, but workers discovered someone had illegally reconnected the service.

A police report was taken to document the theft of services.

In other recent Pickerington Division of Police incident reports:

* A mountain bike was found abandoned in the area of Windmiller Drive and Refugee Road at 5:57 p.m. Aug. 10.

Reports said the bike was stored in the property room for safekeeping.

* A resident of the 1200 block of Hill Road reported at 11:03 a.m. Aug. 11 someone made fraudulent charges using their credit card.

* Items were reported stolen from a garage in the 400 Blenheim Court at 2:36 p.m. Aug. 11. There are no suspects.

* An 18-year-old woman was charged with theft and obstruction of justice at 2:58 p.m. Aug. 11 at a business in the 100 block of Postage Drive.

* A 24-year-old woman was given a date for a mandatory appearance in Fairfield County Municipal Court after she was accuse of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:17 p.m. Aug. 11 in the 1000 block of Hill Road.

Reports said the woman was scheduled for a mandatory appearance in Fairfield County Municipal Court.

* A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1700 block of Hill Road North at 8:32 p.m. Aug. 11.

Reports said the thief busted a window of a vehicle parked in the lot of a local business and stole the purse.

* A bedroom window at a residence in the 400 block of Courtland was reported damaged at 3:34 p.m. Aug. 12.

* Items were reported stolen from a vehicle on Hill Road North at 4:35 p.m. Aug. 13. Reports said there were no witnesses and no suspects.

* Items were reported stolen from a vehicle on Winderly Lane at 2:35 p.m. Aug. 14. Reports said there no witnesses and no suspects.

* Officers found a bicycle someone left in an alley off West Church Street at 6:17 p.m. Aug. 14. Reports said the bike was placed in the police property room.

* Another bicycle was found on the walking path off Lockville Road at 7:13 p.m. Aug. 15. Reports said the bike was taken to the police property room.

* While on patrol at 4:10 a.m. Aug. 15 on Lockville Road, officers said they found a male juvenile who had in his possession items believed stolen from vehicles.

Reports said the incident continues to be investigated.
