The 390 seniors who graduated from Reynoldsburg High School June 1 were led by 26 valedictorians.

All students who earn an accumulated grade point average of 4.0 or higher during the eight semesters of their high school careers earn the designation of valedictorian.

RHS principal Ed Johnson said he admires all of them for their achievements.

"They are the type of kids who are going to help the world with whatever they do," Johnson said.

The 2010 valedictorians are:

Stacy Bartlett, daughter of Keith and Marlita Bartlett, plans on attending Brown University on an eight-year, fully paid scholarship. She will major in pre-med and human biology.

Caroline Boone, daughter of Richard and Barbara Boone, plans to attend Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College, majoring in political science.

Kyle Brake, son of Christina Huffman (Howard Huffman) and Steven Brake (Susan Brake), plans to attend College of Engineering Honors Program at The Ohio State University.

Christopher Crawford, son of Don and Christy Crawford, plans to attend Ohio University and major in music education and trumpet performance.

Abigail Dommer, daughter of Lisa Powell and Curt Dommer, will attend Washington University in St. Louis and major in art, philosophy and biology.

Alexander Estell, son of Nick and Donna Estell, will attend Ohio State this fall, possibly majoring in mathematics and physics.

Abrham Gebremedhin, son of Tameru and Aster Gebremedhin, will attend Ohio State and major in pharmacy.

Adam Gordon, son of Woody and Mollie Gordon, plans to attend Muskingum University this fall and major in either physics or computer science.

David Grimm, son of David and Jennifer Grimm, will attend Ohio State, where he will study chemistry education.

Mara Habak, daughter of Ted and Mary Habak, plans to go to Ohio State this fall to study animal sciences and veterinary technology.

Cindy Heng, daughter of Tong and Amy Heng, plans to major in biological sciences and pre-optometry at Ohio State.

Matthew Kershaw, son of Darryl Kershaw and Dawn Riffe, will head to Ohio State this fall to study computer science and engineering.

Brittany Layton, daughter of Sean and Janelle Layton, will major in pre-med and psychology at Ohio State.

Brad Lybarger, son of Tom and Wendy Lybarger, will attend either Ohio State or Ohio Northern University this fall to study computer engineering.

Jacob Malesky, son of Jeff and Vicki Malesky, will head to Ohio State this fall to pursue a major in mechanical engineering.

Amanda McLaughlin, daughter of Dianna Davis and John McLaughlin, plans to study mechanical engineering at OSU.

Emily Merkel, daughter of Dale and Jean Merkel, will attend the Kent State University Honors College, pursuing a major in early childhood education.

Colette Mihocik, daughter of Jeff Mihocik and Adriane Coatney, will attend the Cleveland Institute of Art, where she will major in biomedical illustration and painting.

Zakia Nasrin, daughter of Fatema Akhter and Mohammad Mannan, will attend Ohio State and pursue a major in biology and pre-med.

Kelsey Pierce, daughter of Rick and Kim Pierce, will attend Ohio State to study biochemistry and English.

Lashina Rhynehardt, daughter of Anthony and Sonja Rhynehardt, will head to Ohio State this fall to study both business and Spanish.

Michael Risser, son of Steven and JoAnne Risser, will attend Kent State University to major in physics.

Alicia Rodgers, daughter of Leon and Alison Rodgers, will attend either Ohio State, the University of Akron, or Bowling Green State University to study biology and pre-med.

Safiyeh Shalash, daughter of Amne and Abdelrahman Shalash, will attend Ohio State this fall to pursue a major in biological sciences.

Jazmyn Sunderland, daughter of Lisa Decker, plans to attend Capital University this fall to study communications.

Charles Thomason, son of Walter and Tracey Thomason, is undecided on a major but plans to attend the University of Alabama this fall.
