* Folk-rock ensemble Old Hundred performs as part of the Live at the Library concert series at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21. The series continues at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, with a performance by bluegrass musicians Fox N Hounds.

* A free "Family Movie and Popcorn" program will feature Minions at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, on the big screen. Children ages 9 and under must be accompained by an adult.

* The Winter Film Series featuring films about immigration and its effects continues at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, with a showing of A Better Life. Steve Hunt introduces the film and leads the discussion.

* Attend the first live taping of "The Rock-n-Roll Book Club Podcast" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26. The four book club members will discuss Hitless Wonder: A Life in Minor League Rock and Roll by Joe Oestreich and Skype with the author. Musician Colin Gawel will also perform three live songs.

* Leadership UA and the library have teamed up to present a four-part series for UA residents interested in learning how our community works. Part three of "The Resident's Guide to Upper Arlington" at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, focuses on community organizations such as the Civic Association and the Community Foundation.

* A "Caldecott Craft Celebration" will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21. Make crafts related to books that have won the Caldecott Award.

* Students in grades K-5 can "Read to Rover" at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25. Take turns sharing stories with furry friends from Therapy Dogs International.

* Teens in grades 6-12 can participate in the "Chocolate Olympics" at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27.
