Upper Arlington bicycle tour, 2 p.m. July 10 departing from the Miller Park branch of the Upper Arlington Public Library, 1901 Arlington Ave. Barbara Powers, of the State Historic Preservation Office, will lead the tour around old Arlington and teach about its development as an early 20th-century planned residential community. The route is about 3 miles and will make five to six stops highlighting examples of early 20th-century architecture, street planning and landscape features. The cost is $15 for Columbus Landmarks Foundation members and $20 for nonmembers.
