A 32-year-old woman was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 9 after allegedly attempting to steal more than $200 worth of merchandise from Kohl's, 133 Huber Village Blvd. Upon being searched by police, she also was found to be in possession of more than $50 in suspected stolen merchandise from Marc's, as well as marijuana, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia. She was charged with two counts of theft, three counts of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia through Franklin County Municipal Court.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested and charged in Westerville Mayor's Court with theft after allegedly attempting to steal $42.95 worth of socks from Meijer, 100 Polaris Parkway, between 10:35 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Nov. 13.

A 29-year-old woman and her 46-year-old boyfriend were arrested at 2:55 p.m. Nov. 13 for attempting to steal more than $500 worth of merchandise from Kohl's, 133 Huber Village Blvd.

A 39-year-old man was arrested and charged with OVI at 1:15 a.m. Nov. 14 on Cleveland Avenue near Polaris Parkway. The man was pulled over by Westerville police for having only one working headlight.

A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with OVI at 2:24 a.m. Nov. 14 on Schrock Road near Cleveland Avenue. Police reports said he was pulled over after officers noticed him driving erratically.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested and charged with theft at about 5:45 p.m. Nov. 14 for attempting to steal $67 worth of merchandise from Kohl's, 133 Huber Village Blvd.

Three teenage boys were arrested and charged with underage consumption of alcohol after their vehicle was stopped by police at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 14 on East County Line Road. Two additional teenage boys were charged with possession of tobacco. The car was pulled over after a woman reported a group of teenagers was acting unruly and intoxicated in the parking lot of the Duke gas station, 900 S. Sunbury Road.

A 31-year-old man was arrested and charged with OVI, failing to signal, not having a driver's license, expired license plates and plates that weren't registered to the vehicle, three counts of driving under suspension, having a prior OVI conviction, having a prior OVI refusal and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. He was pulled over after police witnessed him driving erratically at 11 p.m. Nov. 15 on Cleveland Avenue at Main Street.
