The winter session of basic American Sign Language classes will begin at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, and will meet for 10 consecutive Mondays. Registration forms are now available at the library. The cost is $50. A completed form and enrollment fee are due by Thursday, Jan. 7. For more information, call ext. 158.

Kids ages 8-15 are invited to bring their own DS system and games to play against other 'tweens and teens from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, in the Activity Center.

Ages 7 to adult are invited to "Knit Camp," Monday, Dec. 28, in the Youth Activity Center. Beginners will learn to cast on and change colors from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Experienced knitters can make a holiday project from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. A complete supply list is available online. Registration required.

"Polar Express" will be screened at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, and "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" will be shown at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, on the big screen in the Activity Center. Bring blankets, pillows and snacks.

Teens are invited to play MarioKart on the Wii from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, in the meeting room. Registration will be held from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Those who have them are welcome to bring their own controllers and extra Wii-motes.
