Franklin County Public Health will offer childhood immunizations by appointment only at a clinic set for 9:40 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 8 and 22 at the Westerville Division of Fire, 400 W. Main St.

Required immunizations are available to those without insurance at $15 per shot. However, uninsured children will not be turned away due to inability to pay.

Cash, checks, Medicaid, CareSource, Buckeye, Paramount, United Healthcare Community, United Healthcare Private, Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield or Molina are accepted.

Participants should bring an insurance card, photo identification and their child's shot record; all three are required for the appointment. A completed consent form is required if a parent or legal guardian is not present.
