FlahertyColvin, formerly the Flaherty Consulting Group, recently announced a name change and leadership restructuring.

Stew Flaherty, the company founder, now serves as CEO, and Tami Colvin, former vice president, now serves as president. The company is redeveloping its brand to reflect the restructuring and the company's focus on lifetime financial management.

Flaherty will focus on strategic development and marketing and will continue to work with clients.

As president, Colvin will oversee office operations, continue to work with clients and take on a more substantial role in advanced planning.

Robin Enterpriseslauded for 50 years

Robin Enterprises Co. of Westerville received a Milestone Award for its 50th year in business at the Conway Center for Family Business' Family Business Awards & Expo held Nov. 7.

The Family Business Awards program was established in 1999 to recognize excellence in family business and has honored more than 100 local family businesses since that time.

During the 2016 program, 35 businesses will be honored in the community engagement, family business of the year, lifetime achievement, milestone achievement, reinvention, succession planning/implementation and support of family business categories.
