Whitehall police reported a robbery at 8:25 p.m. April 21 at Goodwill, 52 Robinwood Ave.

According to reports, an 18-year-old man and 18-year-old woman told police they arranged via the Internet to meet a person outside the Goodwill store to sell two pairs of shoes, police said.

The victims reported three people were inside the other vehicle. The driver got out, pointed a handgun at them, and took one pair of shoes, police said.

The vehicle was described as an early-model Nissan Maxima and the victim pursued it a short distance, according to the report, but could not give police any further details.

* Police arrested three people found in a stolen vehicle at 7:05 p.m. April 24 at a business in the 4400 block of East Main Street. An officer observed a known suspect at the hotel and saw her and a male enter a vehicle that had been reported stolen. The officer called for back-up but because the suspects were leaving, the officer blocked the vehicle, according to the report.

Police reported they arrested the driver, Marcy Nicole Russell, 36, no permanent address listed, for receiving stolen property, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The 25-year-old male passenger was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and multiple failure-to-appear warrants for traffic violations, according to the report.

According to the report, the male passenger reached inside the car and appeared ready to flee but complied with the officer, who had a gun drawn.

A loaded handgun was found under the passenger's seat, police said. A crack pipe was also found in the car and crack cocaine in Russell's purse, police said.

Russell gave various accounts as how to she gained possession of the vehicle, according to reports.

* Police reported a robbery at 7:50 p.m. April 25 at Players Family Billiards, 4380 E. Main St. A 28-year-old woman reported she arrived in the parking lot and an unknown man approached, pointed a pistol at her and demanded her property.

The woman reported she had cashed an unemployment check for $700 the same day. The man took the money and fled, police said.

* Police reported they arrested two 14-year-girls for assault and disorderly conduct at 3:10 p.m. April 25 in the 4200 block of Rickenbacker Avenue.

* Police arrested a 29-year-old woman for assault at 7:40 p.m. April 26 in the 100 block of Midcliff Drive.

* Burglaries were reported at 10:40 a.m. April 23 in the 900 block of Karl Street, at 1:35 p.m. April 23 in the 400 block of South Hamilton Road, at 6:55 p.m. April 24 in the 300 block of Robinwood Avenue, at 7:15 p.m. April 25 in the 1000 block of Karl Street, at 10:30 a.m. April 26 in the 3900 block of East Mound Street, at 12:40 a.m. April 27 in the 4000 block of Ural Avenue and at 1:20 a.m. April 28 in the 4000 block of Beechbank Road.

* Incidents of assault were reported at 4:45 p.m. April 21 in the 100 block of Collingwood Avenue, at 12:10 a.m. April 22 in the 4700 block of East Broad Street, at 2:15 p.m. April 24 at North Hamilton Road and East Broad Street and at 10:25 p.m. April 26 in the 4600 block of Eastway Court.

* Thefts were reported at 5:50 a.m. April 23 in the 4500 block of East Main Street, at 8:55 a.m. April 23 in the 900 block of Karl Street, at 4:10 p.m. April 23 in the 1000 block of Westphal Avenue and at 9:45 a.m. April 26 in the 3600 block of East Main Street.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 12:45 a.m. April 22 in the 100 block of Beechtree Road, at 2 a.m. April 23 in the 200 block of Parklawn Boulevard and at 7:30 p.m. April 23 in the 4300 block of Yearling Circle.

* Police responded to reports of shots fired at 3:05 a.m. April 22 in the 5200 block of Etna Street, at 7:25 p.m. April 24 in the 1100 block of Great Oak Drive and at 2 a.m. April 28 in the 700 block of Valerie Lane.

No physical evidence or suspects were immediately identified, according to the reports.
