Children age 3 and up are invited for juggling, illusion, music and comedy during the David Kaplan Show at Old Worthington Library at 3 p.m. Monday, June 30, at the Griswold Senior Center, 777 High St. Free tickets are required and are available now at the Old Worthington Library Children's Desk.

Old Worthington Library's Morning Book Discussion Group will discuss "The World is Flat" by Thomas Friedman at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 26.

The library's annual outdoor movie series, Friday Night at the Movies, starts tomorrow (June 27) at 9 p.m. on the Hartford Street athletic field. The Academy Award-winning film "Babe," the story of a pig whose sheep-herding talents might save him from being served for breakfast, will be featured. The movie series is co-sponsored by Worthington Parks & Recreation.

The next installment in a library series for ages 12-18, TGIF, is scheduled at Northwest Library from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, June 27. The after-hours event will feature Guitar Hero and Dance Dance Revolution. Those attending will also play Name That Tune, a rowdy round of Numbered Chairs and more. Registration is required.

Library staff will conduct the two-part class, "Getting Started with E-mail," July 3 and 10 at the Lazelle Woods Community Recreation Center (LWCRC), 8140 Sancus Blvd.

During the hands-on program, participants will create an address book and distribution list, and see how easy it is to receive and send messages and attachments.
