Less than two months after permanently closing the doors of Zettler Worthington Hardware, owners ZPB Properties already have their second tenant for the vacant space.

Igloo Letterpress, a local printing studio, will move into the location at 661 High St. "this summer," according to a press release.

The business joins Grid Furnishings, a furniture store that's set to move from Columbus' Short North to Worthington, in the 10,000-square-foot building.

According to Igloo's press release, the move will "double" the square-footage of its current space at 39 W. New England Ave. and will combine its printing and retail spaces into one.
Igloo offers small classes and private instruction, as well as custom printing jobs.
