* The MAC Pop Up Shop at The Shops at Worthington Place, Saturday, Nov. 21, through mid-January. Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Fridays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays. This shop showcases local artists' work and features original, handmade, one-of-a-kind artwork on a consignment basis.

* Wrap It Up at the MAC Pop Up Shop at the Shops of Worthington Place, noon to 3 p.m. Dec. 5. Free, but registration required. This children's snow-globe project for grades K-6 is a gift-making session. Parents are required to stay with their children. This creative event is a chance for children to create a gift for their loved ones.

* Mad Mad Men -- Holiday Favorites, 8 to 10 p.m. Dec. 16 and 17. $15 online, $18 at the door, $5 student. Hear holiday favorites and classics from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Nat Cole performed by these talented group members. Tickets are $15 online, $18 at the door and $5 for students.

* The MAC will host two exhibits of works by Michael Halliday and Zach Christian through Jan. 3. Halliday's large, vibrant abstract paintings explore color and composition while maintaining a lively and improvised nature. This main gallery exhibition traces the last several years of his work. Christian's mixed media paintings are layered and complex in both process and meaning. His work, on display in the corridor galleries, shows a personal narrative of colorful and intricate techniques.

* Coffee House Jams are held at the MAC from 6 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday. Grab a cup of coffee, fire up a laptop or just hang out in the gallery and listen to music. Ohio Fingerstyle Guitar Club plays on the first and third Tuesdays. Matt Ellis and the jazz orchestra "Standard Time" perform on the second Tuesday of every month. Adam Schlenker and his guitar take over on fourth Tuesdays.
