Bexley police said a resident in the 200 block of Stanwood Avenue reported he discovered his garage door opener's remote keypad had been removed from its bracket on the south-side door frame by an unknown offender between Feb. 18 and Feb. 19.

The keypad was found discarded in several pieces on the south-side patio area, damaged beyond repair, reports stated.

In other recent reports from the Bexley police department:

* A resident in the 700 block of South Roosevelt Avenue reported his golf clubs were stolen between Feb. 17 and Feb. 20 from his parked vehicle near the area of South Roosevelt Avenue and East Mound Street.

* A resident in the 400 block of Stanbery Avenue reported someone stole a package from his porch between Feb. 16 and Feb. 17. The theft was observed on video, reports stated.

* An employee of a business in the 2500 block of East Main Street reported that on Feb. 19, someone stole three containers of a weight loss supplement valued at $240. A description of the suspect was not provided.

* A resident in the 2700 block of Fair Avenue reported someone stole two pairs of sunglasses and loose change from two vehicles that were parked in her driveway near the rear of her residence between Feb. 20 and Feb. 21.
