The manager of a Westerville business reported that someone robbed her of a deposit in the parking lot of a bank in the 100 block of Maxtown Crossing.
According to reports, the woman was delivering a business deposit to the bank on the morning of Feb. 21 when a man parked behind her and walked up to her car window.
The man said, "Give me that bag" and pointed to the money. He quickly drove away, and the woman did not see his license plate. She said he never showed a weapon or made any threats. The deposit was worth more than $5,000, reports stated.
The woman reported she had seen the suspect driving behind her in traffic. Police are investigating the case.

* Someone stole a traffic sign from the lawn of a business in the 300 block of Polaris Parkway on the night of Feb. 20.
* A Cincinnati resident reported he was scammed out of $400 in an exchange from a purchase on eBay.
According to reports, the man met the suspect in Westerville to pick up the package, and immediately after the exchange, the unknown suspect canceled the transaction.
* Someone slashed the tires of a vehicle while it sat at a business in the 800 block of Brooksedge Boulevard on Feb. 22.
