A man Dublin police arrested for intoxication earned a second charge because of his behavior in the patrol car.

Police arrested the 33-year-old Delaware man after responding to a report at 7:36 p.m. Feb. 26 that an intoxicated male refused to leave a business in the 3800 block of Hard Road.

According to the report, the man urinated while sitting in the back of the patrol car and spit tobacco through the protective grate, hitting an officer.

Police charged the man with disorderly conduct and harassment by an inmate.

* An employee of a business in the 7000 block of Hospital Drive reported at 11:40 a.m. March 1 someone stole $72 in merchandise.

* An employee of a business in the 6700 block of Perimeter Loop Road at 9:37 a.m. Feb. 28 reported someone broke into the building and stole cigarettes worth $2,681.38.

* A 21-year-old man was issued a citation for marijuana abuse Feb. 28 in the 7500 block of Riverside Drive.

* An employee at a business in the 6500 block of Sawmill Road at 6:09 p.m. Feb. 27 told police someone stole $322.49 in merchandise.

* A Concord Township woman at 3:28 p.m. Feb. 27 told police someone took $4 in cash and $96 in property including a purse, wallet and credit cards from her vehicle in the 7500 block of Sawmill Road. The woman reported $388.99 in vehicle damage.

* An 18-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia Feb. 27 in the 6600 block of Hobbs Landing Drive East.

* A 31-year-old man was issued a citation for possessing drug abuse instruments Feb. 27 in the 4400 block of Wyandotte Woods Boulevard.

* A Columbus woman at 11:21 a.m. Feb. 26 told police $65 in property including a wallet and sunglasses were taken from her vehicle in the 4400 block of Hard Road.

* A Dublin man at 1:41 p.m. Feb. 24 told police the hood of his vehicle was damaged at his residence in the 3000 block of Glenloch Circle. Damages were estimated at $1,500.

* An 18-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man were cited for marijuana abuse Feb. 24 in the 5900 block of Cosgray Road.
