Police responded at 5:52 p.m. March 15 to a report that a man was inappropriately touching a female customer at a business in the 8100 block of East Broad Street. The woman said the man wrapped his arms around her and demanded she kiss him, according to the police report. She said she was able to get away from the man with assistance from store employees.

* A woman reported her 9-year-old daughter went to a business in the 6500 block of East Livingston Avenue at about 3 p.m. March 20 to pick up some candy. While the young girl was outside the store, an unknown man attempted to entice her into his vehicle, the woman told police.

* A woman reported an unknown black man pointed a silver handgun at her and demanded all her valuables at about 11:51 p.m. March 19 in the 1000 block of Ruskin Drive. The woman told police she gave the man her cellphone. The man fled before police arrived, the report stated.

* A man told police someone used a pry bar to break into his pickup truck topper between 9 p.m. March 18 and 11:45 a.m. March 19 when the vehicle was parked in the 2800 block of Taylor Square Drive. Tools worth $2,700 were stolen, he said.

* A man told police someone broke out the left rear window of his rental car between 1 and 1:13 p.m. March 21 when it was parked in the 2800 block of Taylor Road. The man, a New York resident, said a Versace bag containing clothing and a laptop computer was stolen from the backseat of the vehicle.

* Two people reported tires were stolen from their vehicles before 7:35 p.m. March 23 while the cars were parked at a business in the 2400 block of Taylor Square Drive. In one case, two tires were stolen from a vehicle; in the second case, one tire was stolen.
