The Mayor's Cup Golf Outing, an annual golf fundraising event to benefit LifeCare Alliance's Meals-on-Wheels program, will be held at 9 a.m. May 8 at the Pinnacle Golf Club, 1500 Pinnacle Club Drive, Grove City.

The outing follows a four-player scramble format and will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Participants will play 18 holes with a cart, have a meal and have opportunities to win door prizes and contests.

Cost is $450 for a four-player team or $125 per individual to be assigned to a team. If unable to golf, residents can still support the event through a hole sponsorship, event insurance, in-kind or raffle prize contribution or by making a financial, tax-deductible contribution to benefit LifeCare Alliance.

The deadline to register is April 26. To register or make a donation or sponsorship, call 614-277-3050 or visit the Parks and Recreation office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays in the Kingston Center, 3226 Kingston Ave., Grove City.
