Two men were arrested in a Worthington neighborhood last month after Worthington Division of Police officers found them intoxicated with a vehicle that had been driven onto a curb.
Just before midnight April 21, officers responded to Pingree Drive and Clearview Avenue, where a 44-year-old Columbus man had driven his vehicle off the road. His 42-year-old passenger was "extremely intoxicated" and sleeping on the sidewalk, according to the report.
The passenger refused to provide identification and the driver tested significantly over the legal blood-alcohol limit, the report said.
Both men were arrested.
The driver was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving without a license and failure to control; the passenger was charged with intoxicated disorderly conduct and failure to disclose personal information.
The driver was released to another person and the passenger, who was unidentified at the time, was transported to the Franklin County jail.
