Grandview Heights police are investigating a series of thefts from a construction site in the 900 block of Yard Street.

A box containing several pieces of electrical equipment was reported stolen June 15. The theft occurred between 2:30 p.m. June 14 and 6:30 a.m. June 15, reports said.

On June 9, an officer responded to a report that 10 feet of copper wire had been cut from the north end of the building under construction.

Police also took a report June 2 that 50 to 100 feet of copper wire had been stolen from the building frame.

In other recent Grandview police reports:

* An employee of a business in the 1300 block of Goodale Boulevard reported June 15 a drill was stolen from a company vehicle. Three witnesses told police they saw someone take the drill from the bed of the truck, put it in his car and drive away.

* A woman told police her son's bicycle was stolen between 3:15 and 5 p.m. June 14 from the Grandview Heights Municipal Pool, 1350 Goodale Blvd. The boy said he left the unlocked bike at a bicycle rack outside the pool.

* A resident of the 1300 block of Glenn Avenue reported June 13 several cans of gas and two bicycles were stolen from his garage and backyard between May 30 and June 11.
