Two teenagers were charged with alcohol-related crimes after being discovered intoxicated in a Worthington yard last week.
According to Worthington Division of Police reports, the boys, ages 16 and 17, were "passed out" in a yard on the 600 block of Oxford Street when a jogger spotted them and alerted police at 6:30 a.m. June 13.
The boys reportedly were intoxicated and "unable to care for themselves." The 17-year-old was carrying a bottle of liquor in his backpack.
The pair were charged with underage possession and consumption of alcohol and disorderly conduct.

* A 36-year-old Howard man was found asleep at the wheel of his vehicle at 3:30 a.m. at Worthington-Galena Road and High Street.
Officers determined that he was impaired, and he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and obstructing an intersection.
