A Galloway man was stabbed during an altercation in the 4900 block of Arbor Village Drive at 9 p.m. Oct. 3, according to Columbus police reports.

The suspect was on the scene when officers arrived and was arrested, according to one of the responding officers. The victim was taken to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital and the case was turned over to assault detectives, reports said.

In other recent Clintonville-area police reports:

* A $1,000 laptop computer and a bocce ball valued at $100 were stolen from vehicles parked in the 100 block of Charleston Avenue between 10 p.m. Oct. 3 and 7 a.m. Oct. 4, according to reports.

* A 43-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:12 p.m. Sept. 30; he was transported to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital after being found in the 5000 block of North High Street "too drunk to care for himself," according to police reports

* A woman reported Sept. 28 that "numerous credit cards" had been stolen by someone who smashed the window of her vehicle earlier that day while it was parked in the 3900 block of North High Street. Shortly after the theft, one of the cards was used at a nearby grocery store, reports said.
