A 56-year-old Dublin man was charged with public indecency following a complaint that he had exposed himself.

At 7:07 p.m. Sept. 25, Dublin police received a call from a woman who said a man pulled his shorts down and exposed his penis and buttocks to her in the 4200 block of Bright Road.

While police were searching for the man at his residence, a second woman drove up to an officer in his vehicle on Bright Road and said she had seen "a naked man walking on Bright Road."

Reports said officers located the man and arrested him. While the man was at the Dublin Justice Center he reportedly told officers his "shorts only came down once."

According to reports, the man was charged with public indecency for masturbating in a hotel lobby in 2016.

* A 24-year-old man was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs Sept. 28 in the 6200 block of Ruth Ann Court.

* A 63-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence-simple assault Sept. 28 in the 5300 block of Drumcally Lane.

* Police at 6:14 p.m. Sept. 27 responded to a report of theft from a business in the 7600 block of Sawmill Road. Reports said $161.08 was missing from the cash register.

* A woman told police Sept. 27 someone damaged her vehicle in the 5000 block of Bradenton Avenue.

* Police received a report Sept. 26 that a woman was receiving threatening voicemails while at work in the 5100 block of Blazer Parkway.

* A 42-year-old man was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs Sept. 26 in the 5100 block of Emerald Parkway.

* Dublin police enforced the city's juvenile curfew law in the early morning hours of Sept. 24 at three locations: at 1:03 a.m. in the 5100 block of Post Road; at 2:04 a.m. in the 5300 block of Glick Road; and at 3:11 a.m. at Interstate 270 West and Sawmill Road.

* A 50-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-simple assault Sept. 24 in the 6700 block of Trafalgar Loop.

* A manager at a business in the 300 block of West Bridge Street at 7:56 p.m. Sept. 22 reported a theft of $134.99 in tools. According to the police report, the manager said someone removed a power multi-tool off a store shelf and ran out of the store.

The manager pursued the person and saw him get into a small, silver, four-door car. The man was described as white; between the ages of 21 and 25; 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. Reports said the man also had tattoos on his arms.

* A 31-year-old woman was arrested Sept. 22 in the 7200 block of Sawmill Road and charged with receiving stolen property.

* A 55-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence-simple assault on Sept. 22 in the 200 block of Perth Drive.

* A Hilliard woman at 11:03 a.m. Sept. 22 told police someone broke into her vehicle in the 6700 block of Sawmill Road and stole a $100 Garmin global positioning system and miscellaneous papers.
