Two cars and a motorcycle recently were stolen according to Columbus Division of Police incident reports.

A $5,000 Dodge Ram 2500, manufacturing date unknown, was reported stolen between 2 p.m. Sept. 30 and 8:30 p.m. Oct. 8 from the 700 block of South Fifth Street.

A $28,000 Chevy Silverado, manufacturing date unknown, was stolen between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Oct. 10 in the first block of East Columbus Street.

A $6,000 Triumph Street Triple motorcycle, manufacturing date unknown, was stolen between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 8 and 5:50 a.m. Oct. 9 in the 300 block of East Deshler Avenue.

In other recent incident reports from the area:

* A $1,500 laptop, $1,000 laptop, $500 suitcase, $500 worth of clothes and a checkbook were stolen between 10 p.m. Oct. 7 and 12:27 p.m. Oct. 8 from a vehicle parked near the intersection of Pearl and East Beck streets.

* Between 10 a.m. and 1:50 p.m. Oct. 9, someone threw a rock through the glass door of a residence in the 700 block of City Park Avenue.

The victim told police $400 worth of damage was done to the door, but nothing was believed to have been stolen.

* A vehicle -- make, model and manufacturing date unknown -- was reported stolen at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 9 in the 100 block of Sycamore Street.

The victim told police he had left his car running when it was stolen, and his wallet was inside the vehicle.

He said he and his wife called to cancel their credit cards and the credit-card company advised him someone was attempting to use one of the cards to make a purchase.

* A suspect made off with $100 after robbing a business Oct. 9 in the 600 block of Parsons Avenue.

The suspect entered the store at 6:55 p.m., gave an employee a note demanding money and told the employee he would be shot by a third party if he did not comply.
