A resident told the New Albany Police Department items were stolen from outside her residence and other possessions were moved around. At 11:59 a.m. Nov. 18, the resident told officers someone stole three bulbs from lights and a decorative crow from her porch on the 8000 block of Galdino Drive.

The resident also said someone moved furniture on the back porch and put a fireplace rack inside a pizza oven on the porch.

In other recent New Albany police incident reports:

* A resident on the 7500 block of Ogden Woods Boulevard at 8:23 a.m. Nov. 17 told police items were taken from his home. No details were immediately available.

* A motorist was cited for OVI at 2:18 a.m. Nov. 17 after a traffic stop in the 9500 block of Johnstown Road.

* A 29-year-old Columbus man was charged with drug paraphernalia, drug abuse and controlled-substance possession or use after a vehicle stop at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 13 at New Albany and West Campus roads.
