Reynoldsburg is losing its development director to Grove City.
Grove City Mayor Richard L. “Ike” Stage announced today, Dec. 4, that Dan Havener had been hired as that community’s economic development manager.
The press release did not say when Havener will start his new job or what his salary and benefits will be.
“As a Grove City resident, Havener’s familiarity with our community, combined with his years of development experience with the city of Reynoldsburg, his time working with Shremshock Architects and Engineers and Bob Evans Farms Inc. will provide vital support to the development department,” Stage said in the release.
As economic development manager, Havener will be responsible for programs to attract businesses, retain the existing business base, support Grove City’s business incubator program and assist with the administration of various economic development policies and programs.
