Two men, handcuffed together, were dropped off at the Columbus Division of Police Substation 18 at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 28 after being robbed. The robbery took place in the 1700 block of Shanley Street between 4 and 4:30 p.m. "The victims were handcuffed together since the time of the robbery," the responding officer noted.

The duo provided a description of the suspect or suspects and the matter was turned over to detectives. The officer who took the initial complaint said the men were robbed of two cellphones, worth a combined $950, a $1,000 computer and a backpack valued at $2,800.

* A notebook computer worth $400 and $150 in cash were stolen in a burglary in the 4600 block of Karl Road at 7 p.m. Nov. 23. The victim, a 21-year-old woman, reported the break-in at 11:31 a.m. Nov. 27.

* A 32-year-old man said his home in the 4900 block of Petticoat Court was broken into Nov. 27 and a $300 gaming system was stolen. The burglary took place between 8:40 a.m. and 3:40 p.m.
