A house on the 200 block of McCoy Avenue was burglarized Nov. 21, according to the Worthington Division of Police.

Residents told police they were gone from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and returned home to find two doors left ajar.

They realized that the home had been burglarized and called police.

Most of the items missing were electronics, according to the report, and estimated property loss was $400.

Officers on the scene found no signs of forced entry.

The case remains under investigation.

In other recent Worthington police incident reports:

* Someone vandalized classrooms with "lewd symbols and words" drawn in paint at a church building on the 700 block of High Street.

The vandalism was discovered the morning of Nov. 20. A youth event had been held at the church building the previous evening but officers were not certain of a connection.

* A woman reported someone smashed the window of her vehicle and stole items while it was parked on the 600 block of High Street.

The woman told police she had gone to church the afternoon of Nov. 26 and returned to her vehicle at 2:20 p.m. to find her window smashed and a backpack missing.
