A woman told Columbus police at 11:57 a.m. Dec. 6 that she and her fiance have received about 100 harassing phone calls to their West North Broadway home from the man's soon-to-be ex-wife.
The victim said the calls began Nov. 26 and continued through Dec. 5, and were made to both her phone and that of her fiance.
She added a no-contact order has been issued by the judge handling the divorce proceedings.
In other recent Clintonville-area police reports:
* The manager of a business in the 2700 block of North High Street asked an officer to issue a trespassing order at 8:03 a.m. Dec. 4 against an individual because he feared the person might steal from the business. The manager said the suspect had not stolen anything at that point, but he wanted the officer to tell the person he was no longer allowed on the property, reports said.
* A $700 television and miscellaneous jewelry was stolen during a burglary in the 600 block of East Jeffrey Place that was reported at 6:04 p.m. Dec. 4. The victim said he and his fiancee left the residence at 7:15 a.m. that day and discovered the break-in when they returned at 5:30 p.m.
* A woman summoned an officer to the 5000 block of North High Street at 5:08 p.m. Dec. 3 to report that, at 8 p.m. the previous day, a person asked to borrow $100 in cash and her cellphone, valued at $120, then took both without permission.
* Two women said they were assaulted at 4:14 a.m. Dec. 3 in the 4900 block of North High Street.
