Dublin police have charged a 42-year-old Dublin man after a report of gunshots in the 6000 block of Inishmore Lane.

Police charged the man with inducing panic, having weapons while intoxicated and discharging a weapon in a prohibited place -- all misdemeanors, according to a news release from the city of Dublin today, March 22.

Dublin police responded at 2:51 a.m. to numerous calls reporting gunshots. The shots reportedly were fired in the Craughwell Village condominium community.

Officers also reported hearing multiple gunshots from inside one of the condo units when they were at the scene.

No injuries were reported, and the case is under investigation.
