Bexley police said a resident in the 700 block of Chelsea Avenue reported someone entered her residence and stole her laptop computer from her kitchen table between 4:45 and 5:05 p.m. June 25.
The resident reported the back door might have been unlocked and there were no signs of force, according to reports.
In a separate incident, a resident in the 800 block of Sheridan Avenue reported someone stole a laptop computer from his vehicle while it was parked overnight June 27 in his driveway.
In other recent reports from the Bexley Police Department:
* A resident in the 900 block of Mayfield Place reported someone entered his residence through the bedroom window on June 26 and stole a gaming system, two controllers and approximately 20 games. Officers processed the residence and pulled several finger prints to be sent for analysis, reports stated.
* An employee of a business in the 2200 block of East Livingston Avenue reported a male came in around 8:36 a.m. June 26 and stole two cases of beer valued at approximately $38.
* A resident in the 2300 block of Bryden Road reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle on June 26 and stole items.
