A new hotel could be coming to Dublin's Bridge Street District.

Crawford Hoying's Bridge Park Block F proposal includes a hotel, a parking structure, residential units and an office building, according to a Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission agenda for Sept. 20.

The development is slated for informal review, according to the agenda.

"Crawford Hoying is excited to begin the next two blocks of development at Bridge Park," said Crawford Hoying principal Nelson Yoder. "We are still early in the process but are exploring the idea of adding another hospitality option because of the popularity of the AC Marriott Hotel Dublin. Due to the high demand from office users, we fully intend to add more commercial office space, along with residential units, retail, entertainment and restaurant tenants as part of the next phase of the project.”

The development area for Block F is west of Dale Drive and southwest of the intersection with Bridge Park Avenue, according to the agenda.
