Bexley police said the owner of a business in the 2100 block of East Livingston Avenue reported that between Sept. 23 and Sept. 24, someone cut the catalytic converter and O2 sensor off a car that was parked on the lot of the business.
The vehicle had been left there to be repaired, according to reports.
In other recent reports from the Bexley Police Department:
* A resident in the 900 block of Mayfield Place reported that at 12:15 p.m. Sept. 25, someone damaged the front door of her apartment by kicking it open.
* An employee of a store in the 2200 block of East Livingston Avenue reported someone entered the store at 8:03 p.m. Sept. 24 and stole five packs of AAA 4 battery packs, five packs of AA 4 battery packs and miscellaneous food items.
The complainant reported the offender left the store in a blue Chevrolet Avalanche that didn't have license plates, heading west on East Livingston Avenue.
