Tools, a computer and a generator totaling $4,700 were reported stolen to the New Albany Police Department at 7:05 a.m. Oct. 2 from the 2500 block of Harrison Road Northwest.

The equipment was in a trailer left at a work site, Sgt. Curtis Baker said.

The case is under investigation, Baker said, and no one has been charged.

In other recent New Albany police incident reports:

* Identity fraud was reported at 7:15 p.m. Oct. 5 on New Albany Links Drive.

* Police were called to New Albany High School, 7600 Fodor Road, when telecommunications harassment was reported at 11:33 a.m. Oct. 5. The incident was reported as having occurred in the 3900 block of Farber Court.

The reporting person was receiving unwanted text messages, and the sender was notified to stop, Baker said. If the sender doesn't cease texting the reporting party, the sender could be in violation of telecommunications-harassment statutes, he said.

* Two pumpkins were reported stolen at 11:01 a.m. Oct 5 from a residence on the 7200 block of Lambton Green North.

* Tools and miscellaneous building materials were reported stolen at 8:33 a.m. Oct. 4 from the 5700 block of Traditions Drive.

No one has been charged and the case is under investigation, Baker said.
