Worthington Division of Police officers at 1:13 p.m. Nov. 27 arrested a 34-year-old Columbus woman on the 700 block of state Route 161 and charged her with theft by deception for allegedly using false identification to purchase a vehicle last summer.
The woman had agreed to buy the vehicle from a dealership, but no payments were made, according to the police report.
Officers located the woman by using the vehicle's OnStar tracking service, the report said.

* Worthington officers assisted the Ohio Department of Agriculture with a search warrant for a business on the 7000 block of North High Street at 10:25 a.m. Nov. 21.
The store reportedly was selling kratom, a plant that is not FDA approved and is known to have psychotropic effects, according to the report.
