A 22-year-old woman told police she was trying to take a picture of the license plate of a vehicle being driven by a shoplifting suspect at 2:03 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 1500 block of East Dublin-Granville Road when the driver put the car in reverse and struck her arm.
A Division of Fire medic examined the woman at the scene and she was released with no apparent injuries, according to the responding officer. A representative for the store said the shoplifter made off with a $50 bed set and $15 worth of curtain rods.
