Violet Township will play host to an information session regarding a proposed community center and levy to fund the project Feb. 27.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at in the lecture hall inside Pickerington High School North, 7800 Refugee Road.
The township is seeking to build a $46 million, 2-story, 95,000-square-foot community center on 30 acres of donated land at the southeast corner of Pickerington and Refugee roads.
The project would be funded by a 4.6-mill, 25-year parks-and-recreation levy that will be on the May 7 ballot.
