A 27-year-old man who lives in the 5000 block of Dierker Road called Columbus police at 5:14 p.m. Feb. 21 to accuse his roommate of, among other things, threatening him.

According to the Columbus Division of Police incident report, "Reporting person states suspect, his roommate, made a threat causing him to believe physical harm is imminent.

"Reporting person further states suspect has been adulterating his food, damaging his property and creating unsafe conditions for him."

The threat was issued Feb. 20 at 6 p.m., according to the complaint.

In other recent incident reports from northwest Columbus:

* No arrests were made after police responded to a report of a fight between several people in the 2600 block of Federated Boulevard at 2:47 a.m. Feb. 20. The report listed as victims two men, one 61 years old and the other 47.

* A woman, 34, said someone broke the rear sliding glass door of her residence in the 1100 block of Merston Drive at 8:30 p.m. Feb. 19. The suspect stole three passports, $3,000 in jewelry, luggage valued at $2,000 and $200 in cash. Damage to the door was estimated at $1,000.

* A diamond ring valued at $4,129 was reported stolen Feb. 19 between 1:30 and 1:45 p.m. from a store in the Mall at Tuttle Crossing by a suspect who drew away the attention of the two employees by pointing at signs on the wall.

The manager, according to the reporting officer, admitted that the ring was "left on top of one of the glass counters due to a mistake on her part."
