Thefts from two Hilliard school buildings were reported earlier this month to the Hilliard Division of Police.
A 15-year-old boy reported wireless in-ear headphones worth $200 were stolen between noon and 12:45 p.m. March 1 at Hilliard Bradley High School, 2800 Walker Road.
On March 4, Hilliard City Schools officials reported one of the district's tablet computers worth $299 was stolen from Brown Elementary School, 2494 Walker Road.
The tablet was not permitted to be taken home by any student but was discovered missing and had not been connected to Wi-Fi since the previous say, said Sgt. Kris Settles.
The device had not been recovered as of March 11.

* License plates were reported stolen between 2 p.m. Feb. 27 and 1:40 a.m. Feb. 28 from a vehicle parked on the 3300 block of Paxton Court.
* A 25-year-old man was arrested for drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanor charges, at 8:45 p.m. March 3 at Main Street and Scioto Darby Road.
* A 25-year-old man was arrested for drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanor charges, at 1:30 p.m. March 4 at Jeannette Road and Scarberry Drive.
