Short & Stout Kitchen will become the permanent food-service provider inside the Daily Growler's Brewery District taproom, 702 S. High St., in Columbus' Brewery District.
The space was formerly occupied by Big Mamma's Burritos, which closed last month after it was sold, according to a statement the Daily Growler released March 27.
Short & Stout owners Lehne and Dallas Runyon, also the operators of Short & Stout Mobile Bar, said they hope to be open by late April, according to the release.
The initial plan is to offer breakfast and brunch seven days a week and dinner service Wednesdays through Saturdays. The morning menu will feature scratch-made favorites. The evening menu will offer burgers, salads, fries and poutines, according to the statement.
