The Dublin Arts Council's multicultural B.R.E.A.D! Festival of arts and community will not be returning this year, according to a March 18 letter from Arts Council officials to city officials.
Last year was the festival's third and it was held in Coffman Park.
According to the letter, Arts Council officials determined there was not enough funding available to present the event.
The Arts Council had received a hotel-motel tax grant of $25,000 for this year's festival. That money will be returned to the city, Arts Council officials said.
