Bonobos has signed a new lease at the Pizzuti Cos.’ latest mixed-use development, 875 N. High St. in the Short North Arts District.

Bonobos, a Walmart subsidy that bills itself as “the largest apparel brand ever built online in the United States,” will occupy 1,500 square feet along High Street on the ground floor, according to a news release May 13.

Originally founded as an online-only retailer in 2007, Bonobos began opening brick-and-mortar locations in 2012, the release said.

The brand is known for providing better-fitting men’s clothing and is committed to re-inventing the retail store experience, the release said. This lease marks their first location in Columbus and third in Ohio, it said.

Bonobos will join office tenant Industrious in Pizzuti’s 4-story mixed-use building, the release said. Industrious will occupy 30,000 square feet on the building’s third and fourth floors. The building will open in July, according to the news release.
