A person apparently driving too slowly through his neighborhood was accosted by another person, according to Columbus Division of Police incident reports.
The victim said he pulled into his driveway at 12:40 p.m. June 9 in the 200 block of Hamrock Drive, at which time he was confronted by the suspect over the speed the victim was traveling.
As the argument escalated, the victim entered the roadway and the suspect sprayed him in the face with a chemical irritant.
The victim declined medical treatment, according to reports.
No one was arrested.

The suspect took a $500 register containing $200 cash and caused $2,000 worth of damage to the window.
* A $2,000 laptop computer, $1,400 purse, $800 sunglasses and $200 cash were stolen between 7:30 p.m. June 5 and 7 a.m. June 6 from a vehicle in the 2900 block of Kicking Bird Trace.
* An $800 TV, $1,500 computer and $100 in sports collectibles were stolen between 9:30 p.m. June 6 and 6:15 a.m. June 7 from a residence in the 2300 block of Federated Boulevard.
* An $850 saw and $1,000 worth of drills were stolen at 3:05 a.m. June 11 from a vehicle in the 2500 block of Sandbury Boulevard.
The thief cut a lock from the rear door of the victim's work van to gain access to the vehicle.
