A trailer and landscaping equipment valued at nearly $25,000 were stolen at 8:12 a.m. July 8 from the 4800 block Sawmill Road, according to Columbus Division of Police incident reports.

Items stolen were a $7,000 trailer, a $6,000 lawnmower, $200 leaf blower, two hedge trimmers worth $200 each, a $6,000 snow plow, a $1,500 salt spreader, a $3,000 torch welder and a $300 kerosene heater.

The victim reported he has video of the theft and intends to share it with police.

In other recent incident reports from northwest Columbus:

* Two hand saws, one valued at $260 and the other at $120, a $130 circular saw, a $160 nail gun, a $150 saw, $1,300 worth of miscellaneous tools, a $400 wallet, identification and credit cards were reported stolen at 9:34 p.m. July 5 from a vehicle in the 6000 block of Sawmill Road.

* At 5:12 p.m. July 2, a man stole $1,400 worth of makeup from a store in the 1900 block of Hard Road.

* A $15,000 Ford Focus, manufacturing date unknown, was reported stolen between 8:50 a.m. and 4 p.m. July 3 from the 6900 block of Andrew Place.

* A $250 handgun, a $20 magazine, a $100 bag, $400 worth of tools and $1,000 in body armor were stolen between 1:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. July 3 from a vehicle in the 5800 block of Tuttles Grove Boulevard.

* A $10,000 hydraulic power pack, a $780 generator, $2,000 worth of tools and a $100 door latch were stolen from a trailer between 1:30 and 7:14 a.m. July 9 from 6100 block of Parkcenter Circle.
