A 47-year-old Reynoldsburg man was arrested on charges including domestic violence, assault and resisting arrest after officers were called to a domestic disturbance at a home in the 8000 block of Rodebaugh Road shortly after 7 p.m. July 2.

* A 28-year-old Pataskala man was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. July 2 on charges including possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and obstruction of official business at a department store in the 2700 block of Taylor Road Southwest, according to reports.

* An employee of a property-management company reported the tailgate of his work truck had been stolen between 3 p.m. June 28 and 11 a.m. July 1 while the truck was parked in the 2000 block of Birchview Drive South.

* The loss-prevention manager of a home-improvement store in the 2400 block of Brice Road flagged an officer down at 11:16 a.m. June 29 to report that a man had just stolen two gas-powered weed trimmers, valued at $400. The man fled in a gray SUV, according to reports.

* A 36-year-old man was arrested shortly after 1:32 a.m. June 28 on charges including possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and trafficking in drugs after officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a department store in the 2700 block of Taylor Road Southwest.
