A 17-year-old Columbus resident was arrested for stealing $189.57 worth of items at 7:21 p.m. Sept. 20 from a store on the 100 block of Huber Village Boulevard.

According to the report, she had wrapped aluminum foil around all of the sensors on the items. She was listed as a missing juvenile and transported to Franklin County Children Services after her arrest, according to the report.

In other Westerville police incident reports:

* An employee of a business reported three people stole $22.80 worth of food at 1:36 p.m. Sept. 20 on the first block of Maxtown Road.

According to the report, the suspects paid with an invalid card and drove off. No further action has been taken.

* An unknown male and female stole seven printer-ink cartridges from a store at 5:57 p.m. Sept. 20 on the first block of East Schrock Road.

According to the report, the two switched barcodes for lower-priced items to put on the cartridges.
