Westerville police said a 42-year-old female was charged for criminal trespassing and aggravated menacing after threatening a store employee with a gun when she was confronted for shoplifting at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 30 on the 100 block of Huber Village Boulevard.

According to the report, the woman told the employee, "I have a gun in my purse, and it's not going to go well for you," after the employee asked her to come back inside. The suspect was found and transported to jail by Westerville police.

* A Pennsylvania resident reported $45 was stolen from her unlocked vehicle between 8 p.m. Nov. 2 and 1 p.m. Nov. 3 on the 200 block of College Avenue.

* A 44-year-old Delaware resident said her wallet was stolen at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 8 on the 100 block of Polaris Parkway.
