More than 70 people – most of them teenagers – were found Nov. 15 with alcohol on the premises at a residence on the 4800 block of Heath Trails Road, according to the Hilliard Division of Police.
Officers responded to the scene after a caller reported "noise and multiple juveniles" at 11:17 p.m. Nov. 15, said Andrea Litchfield, a police spokeswoman.
According to the police report, 71 people were at the residence. The report did not provide an age for each individual listed, but at least 45 were ages 15 to 18.
A 42-year-old woman residing at the house was cited for contributing to the unruliness and delinquency of children, a first-degree misdemeanor; and "offenses involving underage persons," also a first-degree misdemeanor.
She was released on a summons and ordered to appear in Franklin County Municipal Court on Nov. 29.
The summons said the woman "did knowingly allow underage person(s) to remain ... possessing or consuming beer or intoxicating liquor ... without parent's consent or presence."
No juveniles or underage persons were cited, Litchfield said.
Norwich Township medics also were at the scene, she said.
One person was transported from the scene, according to township fire Chief Jeff Warren.
No other details were immediately available.
