Upper Arlington Public Library officials announced the three branches will close at 6 p.m. Friday, March 13.

The libraries will remain closed through April 5.

A press release stated the decision comes as a result of Gov. Mike DeWine closing all K-12 schools in the state and prohibiting mass gatherings.

“This will be subject to review based upon ongoing developments with the coronavirus pandemic,” the release said. “The book drops at each location will be closed as well, and we encourage you to keep your materials through April 13. Due dates will be adjusted accordingly.”
