Delaware police said two recent fires at a residence on the first block of Eaton Street are being investigated as arson.
The first fire was May 4; Delaware firefighters boarded up the residence after extinguishing the fire, according to reports.
No one was inside when police and fire officials arrived, reports said.
Police again found the residence on fire at 2:13 a.m. May 6 and firefighters extinguished the blaze.
In other recent Delaware police incident reports:
* A stereo, speakers and other items were stolen from a vehicle parked in an unattached garage on the 100 block of East Central Avenue in a theft reported at 8:11 p.m. May 6.
The vehicle was damaged in the incident, reports said.
* A child's bicycle valued at $20 was stolen outside an apartment on the 300 block of Chelsea Street in a theft reported at 11 a.m. May 5.
* A resident of the first block of Woodrow Avenue exchanged emails with an individual she believed was a reputable dog breeder and electronically transferred $899 for a puppy to be shipped to Delaware, only to find out later it was likely a scam, reports said.
The incident was reported at 11:58 p.m. May 4.
* A package was stolen outside a residence on the first block of Belle Avenue in a theft reported at 5 p.m. April 30.
