Hilliard Division of Police officers arrested a 51-year-old man for second-degree-felony burglary after he allegedly entered a residence on the 3100 block of Fishinger Boulevard in Norwich Township.

The 82-year-old homeowner called police at 4:29 p.m. May 6 to report a man entered her residence by forcing open the front door.
